At Promena, we led Entek Elektrik’s digital transformation to make ESG performance measurable and transparent across its supply chain. By integrating the Sustainable Supply Chain Management Survey into the Promena platform, ESG processes were fully digitalized end to end. This transition reduced administrative workload while enabling data-driven ESG analysis. ESG awareness was strengthened across internal teams and suppliers. Within the first year, 60% of the targeted supplier base was reached, achieving a 45% time saving through digitalization.
