E-Procurement withPromena

Thanks to Promena’s e-procurement module, we are delighted to manage our procurement processes through the system, enabling us to reach multiple suppliers much faster.

As LC Waikiki, we use the Promena for our indirect procurement operations, including RFIs, e-auctions, and quotation collection processes. While conducting our Indirect Procurement activities in full compliance with transparency and traceability requirements, we feel confident in ensuring a fair competitive environment. Thanks to the platform, which we use in integration with our ERP system, we are increasing our operational efficiency and strengthening our supplier management and data-driven working infrastructure.

As Arçelik – LG, we benefit from many of the services offered by Promena. Our purchasing team uses the Promena technology platform and also receives professional consultancy support from Promena for bid collection and e-tendering processes.

Using e-Sourcing program in sourcing activities (i.e. provision of tenders, e-auctions, RFI, etc) is very critical for any organization since it addresses three important business requirements: sustaining transparency, control in sourcing activities, expanding access to suppliers across the world and increasing the timing of sourcing events. While we were looking for a digital solution for e-Sourcing, our preference was a flexible platform with an easy and user-friendly interface. This is important both for employee and supplier access. Our experience has been wonderful because it is a solution with an attractive user interface, which has offered our Organization a great value for money procurement solution. I was able to make significant reduction in our expenditure with nominal investment. The system has many features that assist the user to avoid repetitive tasks such as saving a bid setup as a template, copying events, and many others that helps reduce the effort needed to manage purchases. Most of all, the system provided internal and external transparency to our procurement process.

Promena E-Sourcing solution digitized Divan’s procurement processes, delivering both operational efficiency and direct cost advantages. The quotation collection processes, which we previously managed through traditional methods over long periods and with difficulty, are now centrally managed on a digital platform via Promena. As a result, we increased competition by gaining access to over 2,000 new suppliers, achieving more competitive pricing and higher service quality.
